The BAC-based targeting construct was electroporated into C57BL/6J embryonic stem (ES) cells.
2.  Mir195a was LoxP-flanked and followed by Frt-flanked Neo cassette.
3.  After bred with mouse carried cre, the expression level  of Mir195a gene decreased with age in Cerebrum and blood–brain barrier (BBB) leakage was significantly increased in this miR-195 knockout stain
