1.  Il23a shRNA and eGFP driven by U6 promoter and Ubi promoter respectively are constructed in same plasmid.
2.  The plasmid carried two transgenes is microinjected into NOD embryos.
3.  This strain is derived from NOD-Tg(U6-RNAi:Il23a, Ubi-GFP)Sytwu mated with NOD.CB17-Prkdcscid/J.
