Strain Description 1. The entire mouse Sept12(bMQ-374d12 BAC) carried D197N mutation was transfected into 129v mouse embryonic stem cells by electroporation.
2. This strain is male infertility.
3.  SEPT12 carried D197N mutation disrupts SEPT12 filament formation, showed a disorganized sperm annulus, bent tail, reduced motility and loss of the SEPT ring structure at sperm annulus.
