Species laboratory mouse
Strain Type MSK (mutant stock),CON (congenic strain)
Mutant Type TM (Target Mutation)
Other Names
Background Strain C57BL/6
Strain Description
1.  The targeting vector containingCdk12 sequences between exon 3 and exon 4 flanked by loxP was electroporated into R1 embryonic stem cells.
2.  The chimera derived from R1 ES cells were bred with C57BL/6J and kept in C57BL/6 background for 6 generation at least.
3.  The exon 3 and exon 4 of Cdk12 gene in this strain are loxP-flanked.
4.  The breeding scheme used in this strain is homozygous mutant (fl/fl) x homozygous mutant (fl/fl).
