Strain Description
1.  Apoe mutant mouse was generated in C57BL/6JNarl background via CRISPR/Cas9 technology.
2.  Homozygote has higher serum cholesterol and triglyceride comparing to its heterozygous and wild type littermate.
3. Atherosclerosis occurs in homozygote with 8-12 weeks of age on high cholesterol diet.
4. Heterozygote has higher serum triglyceride comparing to its wild type littermate.
5. Phenotype data could be downloaded at the second genotyping method.
